This session from the UK Parliament answers key questions about the role of select committees in the House of Commons and the House of Lords and their role in scrutinising the work of Government.
This educational video is part of the Learn Live Sessions. Learn Live is a fun, interactive approach to engage students with the work of the UK Parliament. Each session lasts around 30 minutes and is streamed on YouTube.
It’s up to you how many students, classes or year groups join in. Make sure your students can hear the session, as they will be asked to discuss specific questions throughout. All you need is a whiteboard with a reliable internet connection.
