Hadestown, the record-breaking sensation by singer-songwriter Anaïs Mitchell and director Rachel Chavkin, is the perfect Music school trip.
Winner of 8 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and a Grammy for Best Musical Theatre Album, HADESTOWN has been seen by five million, streamed over a half billion times, and hailed as “the most exhilarating ride” (WhatsOnStage).
This unforgettable journey to the underworld intertwines the love stories of Orpheus & Eurydice and Hades & Persephone, offering a deeply resonant, defiantly hopeful theatrical experience. HADESTOWN invites you to imagine how the world could be.
