CABARET has a new company at the Kit Kat Club from 21st September 2026, with Skylar Astin and Sarah Hyland making their West End debuts as the Emcee and Sally Bowles. Astin is best known for Pitch Perfect, Hyland for Modern Family, and both arrive with Broadway credits behind them. Ruthie Henshall continues as Fraulein Schneider, with Baker Mukasa as Clifford Bradshaw and Robert Hands as Herr Schultz. Ronan Burns joins as Ernst Ludwig and Lindsay Atherton as Fraulein Kost.
The production has now passed 1,900 performances, making it the longest-running CABARET in West End history, and this autumn marks five years since it opened in November 2021. Rebecca Frecknall‘s staging, designed by Tom Scutt with choreography by Julia Cheng, turns the Playhouse into the Kit Kat Club itself, and the immersive pre-show entertainment starts well before the main show does.
