Conference Competition 2025 – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

The Conference Competition 2025 (the “Competition”) is organised by The School Trip Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The Competition is open to UK-based teachers who complete the entry form available at: https://connect.theschooltrip.co.uk/conference-sign-up/.

• Only one entry per person is permitted.

• No purchase is necessary.

• Employees of The School Trip Group Ltd and their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

• The Competition runs throughout the 2025 calendar year.

• Entries are accepted any time during 2025.

• Winners are selected one week after each conference attended by The School Trip.

4. Entry Mechanics

• Entrants must submit a valid entry via the online form: https://connect.theschooltrip.co.uk/conference-sign-up/

• Entries that are incomplete, incorrect or submitted outside the entry period will not be considered.

5. Prizes

Prize Terms

• All prizes are subject to availability.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another individual, or combined with other offers.

• Some prizes are only valid on specific dates, performances, or times. These conditions are clearly outlined in the full prize listing below.

• If a prize is withdrawn or becomes unavailable by the school trip venue, destination, or producer, an alternative will be offered where possible. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

6. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries one week after each conference.

• Winners will be contacted via the email provided on the entry form.

• If a winner does not respond within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited.

7. Publicity

• We will not publicly share the name, entry, or details of any winner without express permission.

• Submitted entries will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Data Protection

• We collect only the personal data necessary to administer this Competition (e.g. name, school, email address).

• Data is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties.

9. General

• The School Trip Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel the Competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. 1 x pair of tickets to see Wicked in London’s West End

Please note that prize tickets are subject to availability and are valid for a Tuesday to Friday 7.30pm performance excluding Sunday 16 February – Sunday 23 February 2025 (Half Term), Sunday 6 April – Sunday 20 April 2025 (Easter), Sunday 25 May – Sunday 1 June 2025 (Half Term), Sunday 29 June – Sunday 31 August 2025 (Summer), Sunday 26 October – Sunday 2 November 2025 (Half Term), Sunday 21 December 2025 – Sunday 4 January 2026(Christmas). The date and time are not confirmed until a booking reference number has been received. Transport and accommodation not included. Recommended age is 7+. Anyone under the age of 5 years of age will not be admitted, under any circumstance. Everyone entering the theatre will require a ticket. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Valid until 19 December 2025.

2. 1 x family ticket to see a Crossroads Pantomine of your choice

A family ticket for four to any of Crossroads Pantomimes’ regional pantos (i.e. excluding The London Palladium) It can be for any performance, subject to availability.

3. 1 x pair of tickets to see The Woman in Black at Alexandra Palace Theatre

The Woman in Black is playing at Alexandra Palace Theatre from 8th-26th October 2025. Only Tue-Thu perfs only, no cash alternative, no travel or accommodation included, etc

4. 1 x pair of tickets to see The Woman in Black at a theatre of your choice

Venue of choice from The Woman in Black tour. See this website for venues – https://thewomaninblack.com/tour-dates. Only Tue-Thu perfs only, no cash alternative, no travel or accommodation included, etc

5. 2 x pairs of tickets to an experience of your choice at Lightroom

Available for any production at any time and date. venue T&Cs apply

6. 10 x pairs of tickets to Paradox Museum London

Valid anytime off-peak weekdays and after 3:30pm on Sundays

7. 50 x Matilda The Musical Bookmarks for your class

Up to 30 bookmarks per pack posted to your school.

8. 20 x Hadestown Theatre Timeline Poster

Poster posted to your school.

9. 50 x £10 voucher for your next school trip

Eligible Trips: Vouchers can be used towards any trip sold by us, including everything listed in our guides. “Sold by us” means we invoice your school for the full trip amount.

Travel Year: The trip must take place in 2025.

Membership Requirement: You must be an active member of The School Trip to claim and use the voucher.

Voucher Validity: Once claimed, the voucher will remain active in your account for the rest of 2025.

Usage Limits: Multiple vouchers can be claimed per school, however, only one voucher can be used per person and per trip.

Exclusions: Vouchers cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.
