Free Online Drama Classes with Time 2 Shine

Performing Arts Company, Time 2 Shine, is hosting free drama classes on their Facebook Page.

Time 2 Shine is a performing arts company created by Ellie Clarke, providing drama classes for students in Years 5-10. Their aim is to develop confidence and creativity by developing transferable skills.

Online classes will cover a range of drama skills including acting techniques, improvisation, script work, prop work and costumes. Activities are particularly suitable for students in Key Stage 2-4, however, also something the whole family can get involved in.

So another week of online drama classes – this is so exciting! We just want to say a huge thank you to those that watched and shared our video last week it means so much to think that over 2K people watched! This week we have a lesson from Ellie on characterisation! We are looking at how characters show different emotions and there is a fun game for you to try with your families to see if they can guess your characters emotion. Ellie has had a go at creating her own emotions – take a look at the pictures in the comments and see if you can guess the emotion you think she is showing! Please share!

This week’s lesson focuses on characterisation. The video looks at how characters show different emotions and includes a fun game for the whole family to take part in.
