About Farnham and Religion

Join Take Me To London for a lovely day trip to discover the stunning Castle keep built by the Bishop of Winchester.

You will also discover the ruins of the very first monastery founded in Britain by the reforming Cistercian abbey which was recently used as a back set for the film Elizabeth starring Cate Blanchet. And you can walk to a witch’s cave and see one of the 12 surviving copies of the Vinegar Bible. Hear the story of a hymn writer and a Politician who campaigned for the reform act.
