Public tours rate for under 18s is £15.00, and private tour rate for UK state schools £230.00 for a tour of up to 20 people. Excludes weekends and school holidays. Tickets valid for Mon-Fri every 15 minutes from 10:15am until 17:15 subject to availability and access around the building. Please note if you're looking to take students under 12 please get in touch for more information. All tickets subject to availability.

Take a guided tour of the National Theatre and discover the secrets of one of the most iconic buildings on the South Bank.
Led by one of our expert guides, our tour takes you on a journey behind the scenes to see what’s being made in our on-site carpentry, props and scenic painting workshops, and discover how we create our world-class productions. The tour guide will explain the different job roles within the theatre as well as giving students the chance to explore the design and unique features of this renowned building, including our auditoriums.
To ensure the students get the most out of their visit all our tours can be tailored to focus on what the class is studying at the time of the visit.
