The London Museum of Water & Steam has reopened their Community Garden and Splash Zone to families this summer for free!

The Museum will be free to visit every Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 29th August offering families a fun, educational day out. Access to the Museum’s steam engines and historic buildings unfortunately still remain closed. However, families can still enjoy the Museum’s outdoor spaces with a wide variety of fun activities.

What’s on offer?

Kids can enjoy the Museum’s open spaces from the community garden (perfect for a picnic!) to their reclaimed historic coal yard. With a fleet of scooters, trails and a fun Splash Zone, there’s so much for families to enjoy this summer.

The Splash Zone offers a unique educational play experience using moving water to turn gears, wheels, buckets, leavers and pumps. A supply of paper crafts and other self-guided activities will also be available.
