On 27th April, I’m running the London Marathon for Variety, the Children’s Charity – an incredible organisation that supports disabled and disadvantaged children and helps them experience the joy of days out and unforgettable moments.
I created The School Trip as I’ve always believed that access to arts, culture and live experiences should never be a privilege – it should be open to all. That’s why we’ve worked hard to support thousands of teachers in making school trips easier, and in turn, inspired tens of thousands of students across the UK.
However, I know that all school trips are still not as accessible as they should be and there’s a long journey for both us and the industry to help this.
That’s why I’m proud to be supporting Variety.
For over 75 years, Variety has been working to improve the lives of disabled and disadvantaged children across the country – from funding specialist equipment to arranging magical days out. Their mission aligns so closely with ours at The School Trip, and I’d love your help to support them.

Here’s How You Can Help
If The School Trip has made your school trips easier, you’ve attended one of our teacher events or we’ve helped your students in any way, I’d be so grateful if you could support – even a small donation goes a long way.

Boosting Your Donations
Every donation made by a member of The School Trip community will be matched by us – doubling the impact you’re making.
And if you’re visiting London on Marathon Day please look out for me! Give me a wave or a shout – I’ll need the energy boost!
Thank you so much. Together, we can help make days out, live experiences and cultural trips more accessible to even more young people.
