West End Survey Competition 2025 – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

The West End Survey Competition 2025 (the “Competition”) is organised by The School Trip Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By entering this Competition, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The Competition is open to UK-based teachers who complete the survey available here: https://form.theschooltrip.co.uk/west-end-show-survey

• Only one entry per person is permitted.

• No purchase is necessary.

• The employees and their immediate families or households of The School Trip Group Ltd or and all prize partners are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

• The survey runs until 31st August 2025.

• Entries are accepted any time during this period.

• Winners are selected and contacted on 1st September 2025.

4. Entry Mechanics

• Entrants must submit a valid completed survey via: https://form.theschooltrip.co.uk/west-end-show-survey

• Entries that are incomplete, incorrect or submitted outside the entry period will not be considered.

5. Prizes

A variety of prizes will be awarded throughout the year. Prize details can be below.

Prize Terms

• All prizes are subject to availability.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another individual, or combined with other offers.

• Some prizes are only valid on specific dates, performances, or times. These conditions are clearly outlined in the full prize listing below.

• If a prize is withdrawn or becomes unavailable by the school trip venue, destination, or producer, an alternative will be offered where possible. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

• Transport and accommodation not included.

6. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on the 1st September 2025.

• Winners will be contacted via the email provided on the entry form.

• If a winner does not respond within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited.

7. Publicity

• We will not publicly share the name, entry or details of any winner.

8. Data Protection

• We collect only the personal data necessary to administer this survey and competition (e.g. name, school, email address).

• Data is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties.

9. General

• The School Trip Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel the survey and/or the competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Please note that prize tickets are subject to availability and are valid for a Tuesday to Friday 7.30pm performance excluding Sunday 26 October – Sunday 2 November 2025 (Half Term), Sunday 21 December 2025 – Sunday 4 January 2026 (Christmas) and all future school holidays. The date and time are not confirmed until a booking reference number has been received. Recommended age is 7+. Anyone under the age of 5 years of age will not be admitted, under any circumstance. Everyone entering the theatre will require a ticket. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Valid until 19 December 2025.

Your Goody Bag includes The Lion King and Disney on Stage merchandise and will be posted to your preferred address. Please note: once your Goody Bag has been dispatched, The School Trip Group Ltd and Disney Tickets cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels or postal issues.
