St Albans Cathedral’s RE Workshop Trail
Key Info
St Albans Cathedral’s special RE Worksheet Trails for visiting schools,
Available in differentiated formats for Year 3 & 4, Year 5 & 6, and Year 7 & 8, this activity allows students to explore and learn about key parts of Christian belief through exploring different parts of the building. The activity starts with an introduction from one of the Learning Team, who explains the story of St Alban and the history of the Cathedral.
Led by their own class teachers, students then explore the building with their worksheets, visiting the font, an altar, the Nave and the Shrine of St Alban as they learn about baptism and communion along the way.
