This seminar will provide an insight into the business operations, structure, logistics and management of the Twickenham Commercial Department.
In this museum led seminar students will learn:
- Overview of the various departments involved in commercial operations
- Understanding of commercial revenue streams
- Indication of current RFU commercial strategies
- Analysis of consumer needs and how to meet them

About World Rugby Museum
Educational groups are invited to explore the hallowed grounds of Twickenham Stadium with a rugby expert, journey through rugby history in the World Rugby Museum, and experience hands-on learning in an interactive workshop.
From primary schools to university groups, the World Rugby Museum has a diverse, award-winning educational programme to accommodate all groups. Educational sessions are available from booking onto the stadium tour. Students will have a practical learning experience or the opportunity to discuss the ins and outs of rugby with a professional in the field at Twickenham Stadium.
