About

Accompany your school trip to WWT Llanelli with this workshop for EYFS, KS1 & KS2.

Observe how different wetland species find food, from diving or dabbling ducks, to the filtering beaks of flamingos. Investigate invertebrates which live in the ponds and predict what different species eat by constructing simple food chains.

Informative and engaging, WWT Llanelli’s curriculum-linked learning sessions make the most of the fantastic outdoor environments and are suitable for a range of ages and abilities.

Led by experienced staff, sessions are very much hands-on, promoting learning through exploration and discovery.
