About

Accompany your school trip to WWT Llanelli with this workshop for KS2 & KS3.

Investigate wings, feathers, beaks, feet and bones to explore the adaptations which make birds able to fly. Observe birds up close and through binoculars. Which adaptations will you spot, and how do these help birds to survive?

Informative and engaging, WWT Llanelli’s curriculum-linked learning sessions make the most of the fantastic outdoor environments and are suitable for a range of ages and abilities.

Led by experienced staff, sessions are very much hands-on, promoting learning through exploration and discovery.
