About

Accompany your school trip to WWT Martin Mere with this workshop for EYFS & KS1.

Follow the story of Daisy Duck as she searches for the ideal nesting place. Whose advice will she follow – frog’s, otter’s or flamingo’s? She finally decides to put them all together and we go out to find her perfect nest in the waterfowl gardens.

Informative and engaging, WWT Martin Mere’s curriculum-linked learning sessions make the most of the fantastic outdoor environments and are suitable for a range of ages and abilities.

Led by experienced staff, sessions are very much hands-on, promoting learning through exploration and discovery.
