Canterbury Guided Tours offer entertaining 90-minute walking tours for visiting groups to this historical part of Kent, led by expert local Green Badge Guides. Explore the heart of Canterbury, surrounded by Roman walls, and discover the sights and sounds of this ancient city, full of history and medieval charm. All tours also route through the Cathedral Precincts allowing groups to marvel at its grand exterior.
Every tour is tailored to the group’s requirements and will be created specifically for the age group and study programme, if required. This can be in the form of their Themed Tour option which can include tour topics such as: Romans, Tudors, Medieval, Canterbury Tales, War Time Canterbury, Literary Connections and Gruesome, among many others! Your tour can be arranged at a day and time to suit your group’s schedule and itinerary. Their Guides are all aware of how to keep the attention of young people, speaking loudly and clearly and using humour and gesture as much as possible.
