About Rock Up Rushden Lakes
Rock Up is your go-to place to meet curriculum PE goals.
Their climbing activities provide both intellectual and physical challenges, promoting teamwork, trust, and problem-solving skills, whether individually or as a group. Rock Up offer tailored packages for students aged 4-16, including ground-based games for those not ready to climb. Plus, their convenient locations in shopping centres make travel easy! Each session consists of a 30 minute safety briefing followed by a 55 minute climb.
