About

The protection of the environment and long term sustainability is at the heart of The Bioasis project.

Through educating and inspiring the next generation, flora and fauna surveys, environmental clean ups and small scale rewilding projects, The Bioasis is slowly increasing nature’s resilience to the many years of environmental exploitation and degradation of the late 1900’s and 2000’s.

Working with a network of environmental charities, rewilding programmes, tree planting schemes, government departments and wildlife & conservation specialists, The Bioasis Project is about bringing radical change and hope to future generations.

The Bioasis is 1,200 acres of rugged coastline, salt marshes, ancient woodland and sparkling rivers – the perfect training ground to rewild the next generation and kick-start a more sustainable relationship with our planet.

Reset your compass and take on an adventurous residential school trip to The Bioasis.

“I can honestly say that I have a severe case of the Bioasis blues returning to normality – and feel so lucky to have been able to spend the time there last week.”

“We (staff and students) had a great time and can you please thank your team for the superb way they guided, led and built such a positive professional rapport with the girls, which gave them confidence to throw themselves into the challenges of the Bioasis.”

“My son really enjoyed his recent four days at the Bioasis as part of a school trip.

Living without tech, enjoying the outdoors including some very fun activities as well as some community focused activities was a really positive developmental experience requiring them to think more widely about the impact they have on environments, certainly this is how he articulated it.

He spoke very positively about the staff and the provision of food – despite him being a fussy eater. We are grateful to both Bioasis and the school for providing this experience.”
