About

Accompany your school trip to WWT Martin Mere with this workshop for KS1 & KS2.

Mindfulness in the wild for those who want to explore our relationship with the natural world beyond school science. Through a sequence of six student-centred activities, discover a rainbow in a leaf, the shape of birdsong, the scents of the woodland in your very own mixture and more. Join WWT Martin Mere for this creative adventure in their wonderful wetland.

Informative and engaging, WWT Martin Mere’s curriculum-linked learning sessions make the most of the fantastic outdoor environments and are suitable for a range of ages and abilities.

Led by experienced staff, sessions are very much hands-on, promoting learning through exploration and discovery.
