About

Accompany your school trip to WWT Washington with this workshop for EYFS – KS2.

Explore wetland habitats and micro-habitats and wake up all your senses! Identify, name and group the plants and animals you find including otters and flamingos. How do they compare to one another and what do they all need to survive in a wetland?

Informative and engaging, WWT Washington’s curriculum-linked learning sessions make the most of the fantastic outdoor environments and are suitable for a range of ages and abilities.

Led by experienced staff, sessions are very much hands-on, promoting learning through exploration and discovery.
