The live actors and interactive gameplay will immerse your students and bring the beloved world of Paddington to life. Students will travel through Paddington Station, the vibrant streets of London, visit the Browns’ house at No. 32 Windsor Gardens and even venture into the magical jungle of Peru.
The experience offers students an unforgettable educational visit supported by free teaching resources. Along with linking to a wide range of curriculum topics, this cross-curricular adventure will help your students build confidence and develop problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes and is suitable for all ages, from EYFS through to secondary. School tickets start from just £12.50 per student, with generous free adult places: 1 free adult ticket for every 5 Primary-aged students, and 1 for every 9 Secondary-aged students.
Why It’s the Perfect Primary School Trip
Paddington Bear started life in Michael Bond‘s book A Bear Called Paddington, published in 1958. Bond drew on the evacuee children he’d seen at London train stations during the war, each wearing a label round their neck, and built Paddington’s story around a simple idea: how a family chooses to welcome a stranger into their home. That message of kindness runs through the books, and it’s still at the heart of the character today.
It’s a theme primary teachers can build a whole day around. The County Hall experience comes with a free Kindness Assembly and Kindness Certificate alongside its teaching resources, so PSHE and Citizenship lessons on kindness and belonging can carry on well after the visit ends. English teachers get a live storytelling world to draw on for creative writing, while the walk through Paddington Station and Windsor Gardens gives Geography lessons on the city and local history a real setting to reference back to.

The Paddington Bear™ Experience links to English, Maths, Geography, Art & Design, PSHE and Citizenship, and is suitable for KS1 and up, with resources reaching all the way to KS3. Groups of 20 students or more qualify for school trip rates, and school trip time slots run Monday to Friday during term time. Schools get one free adult ticket for every 5 primary students or every 9 secondary students, with extra adults charged at the same rate as students.
