Dance Days’ Chinese Dance Workshop
Bring your Chinese New Year celebrations to life! (This workshop can take place at any point across the school year)
During this Chinese dance workshop, your pupils will learn about the Chinese New Year celebration and then take part in a Chinese dance using the props, including:
Fans
Parasols
Dragon/Lion Head and tail or Dragon puppet
They’ll kick off each session with some fast facts and challenger questions to help set the scene. The routine is broken down into manageable sections with the support of an experienced dance teacher who will help your pupils shine outside of the classroom.
Suitable for up to 8 classes during a full day.

Dance Days’ Flamenco Dance Workshop
Enrich your Spanish Days, European Day of Languages and National Day of Spain events and celebrations.
During this Flamenco dance workshop, your pupils will learn and create their own Flamenco dance routine.
They’ll kick off each session with some fast facts and challenger questions to help set the scene. The routine is broken down into manageable sections with the support of an experienced dance teacher who will help your pupils shine outside of the classroom.
Suitable for 2 to 4 classes during a half day or up to 8 classes during a full day.

Explore the enchanting production number ‘Be Our Guest’.
Your students will take part in a vocal and physical warm-up, engage in rehearsal activities that introduce the context on the number and the artistic intention of the track before moving on to learn vocals and choreography from the show!

Disney’s Beauty and the Beast’s Polish your Acting Skills Workshop
Explore the world inside the castle as your students take the roles of the enchanted objects.
In this engaging workshop you will use scenes from the script to explore intention, objective and characterisation techniques. Investigate how actors use voice and movement to tell a story and develop your own take on characters.

Disney’s FROZEN Workshop
Led by specifically trained Disney teaching artists, workshops can be tailored to your group’s needs and give your students the rare opportunity to perform scenes, songs and dances from the FROZEN whilst developing core skills such as communication and team building in a unique and creative way.
Workshops cost £14 per student on top of the ticket price and last 90 minutes. In London, they take place in a venue near the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. They are suitable for those aged 7 and up; the minimum group size is 20.

Mean Girls Musical Theatre Workshop
Whether you’re a budding West End performer or looking to unlock that inner Musical Theatre talent, this workshop will support your students in bringing the stage to life!
Ignite creativity in our rehearsal room style workshop where, after professional warmups, students will work building
confidence in understanding the technique in telling story through song, using the finale number I SEE STARS as the stimulus. Led by West End practitioners, develop your student’s vocal technique
and dance skills to elevate Musical Theatre performance, celebrating each students’ abilities as individuals and a musical ensemble.

Pilot Theatre: Bespoke Arts Workshops in your Education Setting
All workshops are bespoke and tailored to the needs of your students, and can be scheduled through the year at your school, college or university. To arrange a workshop, please email them directly: info@pilot-theatre.com
For workshops to accompanying their theatre productions, they offer a practical drama session exploring the play, production, characters, and themes delivered by a Pilot artist. The workshop can be tailored to using the play as a creative stimulus for devising, exploring the play-text, or examining social justice issues related to the themes and topics of the play.
They also offer bespoke arts workshops and in-depth projects, such as, devising, beatboxing, and composing.
